RUSSIAN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP
This Partnership was established by large enterprises of defense industry and Ministry for Nuclear Power to develop and implement an integrated control system based on a domestic solution of ERP class in accordance with the highest international standards.
Heads of participating enterprises, leading domestic developments and being anxious about extension of and at the same time failures in usage of foreign software solutions in strategic industries including extremely dangerous objects, came to a conclusion that it is inexpedient to purchase foreign systems, which were developed in fundamentally different business conditions and do not consider specific needs of Russian enterprises in their strategies of future development. Taking into account a determination of the Security Council of Russia and the developed Information Security Doctrine of the Russian Federation, which provide for elimination of software dependence of our country on foreign suppliers, the enterprises made a deliberate decision in favor of competitive Russian solutions creation concept.
Today M-3 Integrated Enterprise Management System software system, developed solely by Russian developers, is the basic product of Partnership.
More effective relations compared to Customer-Executor relations, that are typical for the first phase of cooperation, are realized in the framework of Partnership. These relations assume virtual amalgamation of a developing company’s team and IT teams of the enterprises for development of a new solution. From the very beginning, the enterprises established partner relations with the developing company and are problem originators and experts in the area of main system modules development. This enables using unique experience and knowledge accumulated by industrial enterprises in the area of information technologies development and use.

Goal and Tasks:
Co-operation of participating teams in order to install M-3 system on Partnership members’ enterprises, mutual assistance on the nonprofit;
Co-operation of IT services of participating enterprises in the area of development, implementation and promotion of an integrated enterprise management system based on further development of M-3 system software complex without consolidation of enterprises’ assets or creation of a separate legal entity.
A joint team of developing company and enterprises, which have great experience in complex projects execution, renders the whole range of services related to implementation, including site visiting, on-site training, and development of a specialized solution for individual enterprises.
