«M-3» Integrated Enterprise Management System
«M-3» Integrated Enterprise Management System is designed for management of financial and material flows of middle and large industrial enterprises.
«M-3» system forms single informational contour, which joins together processes of financial planning, recording of obligations and calculations, processes of logistical support and sales, planning and management of production and stock resources, business and management accounting and effective control over enterprise activity.
Ideology of the system was tested under the informatization project of a large aircraft enterprise, satisfying the most complicated industry requirements. The system provides support of specific features of business life of Russian enterprises. In a technical sense «M-3" System sits arbitrary large organizations and supports operation of geographically-distributed subdivisions.
«M-3» is an open system. It assumes use of Customer's data bases with integration into unified complex by means of «М-CALS» with full responsibility for data consistency. In the time of system implementation, Customer's specialists are being trained with certification of their authority of further system modification. The system combines advantages of commercial product with individual development for the Customer, as it is delivered in the form of relatively invariable core, sufficiently easy modifiable modules and application development system.
In the process of implementation, reengineering of business processes of the Customer's enterprise is carried out and jointly with the management their optimal configuration is determined.
Implementation of «M-3» System will provide:
