Integrated accounts (accounts for managers/top executives)
Report on analysis of debit and credit debts of the company on the basis of information on payment of FD and documents on receipt/supply of goods or services by agreement, contract, division;
Report on the state of warehouses in general, by different groups of goods and resources, by consignment, by specific item listing;
Report on payment on the basis of payment from both sides [credit and debit] for a specific period by contractors, divisions and currency;
Report on financial debts allowed by contractors and the periods for monitoring the volume of financial obligations, cleared and not cleared;
Report ‘Changes during the course of the project’ allowing to set up inspections of the implementation of the project through monitoring every step of the project (or group of projects) and timely to flag up changes from the planned timetable, from planned resource of cash expenditures.
OLAP (online analytical processing technology) -reports
OLAP ‘Report on remainder and demands of resources’ allowing for a chosen period (by year, quarter, month, day) of time to receive information about turnover of goods in the warehouse;
OLAP ‘Report on divergence from the budget’ which enables an analysis to be carried out of unfulfilled budget items, overspending or deficiency in budget funds;
OLAP-report ‘Divergence in the course of implementation of the budget project’, which allows the formation of interim and final reports on budget implementation of projects and granting funds for comparative analysis of confirmed and paid sums on the project, evaluations of implementation of the budget in various contexts, analysis of divergencies of factual indicators from planned ones, comparative analysis of interim reports at various different stages of the project.
