«М-3» System training and certification
Implementation of automation system, as any other serious reorganization in enterprise, represents complex and frequently disease process. However, some problems, arising in time of system implementation, are studied and formalized good enough, and effective methods of their solution are developed on this basis. Analysis of this problems and preparation for the project significantly ease implementation process and raise effectiveness of further system use. Besides, for realization of such class project enterprises need IT professionals.
One of important elements of «М-3» System implementation project success is qualitative specialist training. That is why professional teachers were attracted to development of specialist training methodology.
At the first stage training methodology includes provision of assistance for implementation group members in acquaintance with functionality of the System and materials, developed by leading analysts and technical consultants of «KST-«М-3» Company, which are delivered to an enterprise in time of contract conclusion, that is:
1. Diagrams of standard business processes, implemented in the system,
2. User documentation on system modules,
3. Standards of work with the system.
On the same stage consultations are provided to enterprise specialists in composing of job regulations and business processes of enterprise services with determination of responsible persons on each stage, practical assistance in executing of missing order documents.
Then practical trainings with the enterprise implementation group, which include the following elements, are performed:
1. Training on how to work with System modules, means of administrating and data conversion,
2. Study of variants and methods of system adjustment for the purpose of its preparation to exploitation in real-time enterprise conditions,
3. Study of standard business processes, implemented in the system,
4. Study of possibilities and means of practical realization of business processes of client's enterprise in the system,
5.Study of «Report Builder» for generation of external enterprise reports and obtaining of information for further analysis of its activity (accounting and analytic forms of different types).
Based on the results of trainings enterprise specialists pass qualifying examinations and receive certificates of the right to work and teach on how to work with the system's modules.
