Personnel records

  • Implementing a staff schedule:
    • Forming structures of the company and its divisions,

    • Forming staff units within departments, choice of form of payment for work done,

    • Arrangement for size of salaries (rate of pay, tariff, coefficient to the general or particular basis), determining the range of the size of salaries (for systems of paying salaries, envisaging such a payment regime);

  • Organising a list of personal employee record cards:
    • setting up and maintaining T-2 employee record cards,

    • ensuring there is a record for each member of staff on relatives, education, information about their previous places of work,

    • ensuring there is information on hiring and transfer of staff, of work conditions, type and regime for each employee and their salaries,

    • information on labour contracts and agreements,

    • information on trips abroad,

    • information on acquired skills or professions, on gaining further qualifications, holidays, bonuses and penalty payments, length, of service, illnesses and other vital information for employee records,

    • a list of instructions and directives for staff;

  • Record of staff movements – entry into work, transfer, permanent and temporary transfers, sackings;

  • Military registration desk;

  • Setting up a work calendar with records of length of national holidays, shortened or reduced [pre-national holiday] days, working days and the normal working week;

  • Drawing up work schedules of various complexity taking into consideration the Russian calendar with calculations and records of hours taken off or overtime;

  • Organising a tabular record of working hours on the basis of workers’ schedules (for departments and work brigades), with the use of different regimes for filling in the forms and representation of information;

  • Organising and printing standard documents issued by the company.
