Record of dispatched and received goods and services
Carrying out electronic registers of Goods and Transport Invoices (TTN) for dispatched and received items and acts of acceptance of the work;
Setting up a register of railway invoices, a register of freight customs declarations;
Producing certificates for the dispatched items;
Producing personal accounts for fixing and calculation of the dispatch of advance goods or resources (fuel, electricity etc) for a certain period of time for the contractor or department;
Setting up economic operations for the further development and implementation of accounting;
Automatic correction of the corresponding FD for the sums and dates of dispatched and received goods and services;
Automatic correction of the relevant orders for sales and supply.
Warehouse records
Organising a unified warehousing zone on the basis of a hierarchical system of warehouse and warehouse itemisation;
Support of different types of warehouses (storage, transportation, production etc);
Linking used resources to the warehouse itemisation system;

Maintaining storage conditions in the warehouse;

Setting up warehouse lists of resources and the records of all operations linked to these lists;
The option for automatic choice of materials from the warehouse according to the FIFO and LIFO mechanisms, according to average price or consignment (actual price);
The option to accept warehouse documents only after passing through the relevant controls (including incoming inspection);
Realisation of a mechanism to reserving resources in the warehouses on demand for sales, production and other services;
Realisation of a mechanism for automatic correction of orders, expenses and accounts according to real dispatch of TMTs from the warehouse (for all cash orders);
