Organising a hierarchy of goods;
Dismantling of goods down to any level of their structure;
Carrying out replacement of parts within an item’s structure;
Organising a list of fundamental and alternative assembly charts of the manufacture of goods;
The option to locate any operational constructs, active at any given moment with automatic or manual selection;
The possibility for instructions for several assembly charts, active for a given construct at a particular moment in time with instructions for priorities and period of validity;
Drawing up a list of technological operations of manufacture for each chart;
Setting up reference guides of work centres;
Setting up reference guides of equipment;
Setting up reference guides for equipment, instruments and special clothing;
Calculation of normal expenditures for each particular technological operation.
Planning and management of production
Planning by volume and calendar date: by product groups, by item listing, calculation of expenditures;
Support of the logistics of «work for orders» and «work for the warehouse»;
Drawing up production plans for the despatch of products taking into account production orders that have already been made;
Allocation of resources (staffing and material (MRP-calculation) needs, planning for production capabilities (SRP-calculation) for every production order and for the production plan as a whole;
Monitoring of the state of production orders through the entire life cycle;
Real-time management of production:
- correction of production orders,
- transformation of production orders and selection of tasks for the shifts in the context of work centres or production departments,
- calculation of allocated resources for production; formation and control of implementation of production orders,
- registration of the progress of an order through production with correction of working orders.
